You can't give your subconscious mind something to latch on to something new to say to yourself. And something I noticed on Spotify, YouTube and other media outlets was that the recordings of affirmations or a mostly of men, or they were not anything I really wanted to hear. So I started making my own recordings that I listened to daily. And with that, I leave you with my first copulation because maybe like me, you want to hear something different or a voice that resonates with you more.
