When you're in conflict in your mind, when you're in conflict with yourself, when you've created stories around your life that do not serve you, your energy is in conflict, your energy is off balance.

This is episode eight. And today, I will be talking about how to recognize the signs of feeling on balanced. And at the end, I'll have a quick meditation to help you feel more in alignment, more in balance, and grounded. So you might start feeling off balance, and may not know it, and you may not know why it's happening. So here are a few signs, you may begin to feel an increase of negative thoughts, maybe feeling jealous about people that you normally don't feel jealous towards negative self talk, your energy gets low, you're tired all the time, your body begins to ache, your knees hurt. These are all signs that you're off balance, and not in alignment with yourself and really need a break to just be still and reset. You may notice this show up as tension around your shoulders, your neck, maybe some knee pain, it really is different for everyone. But you yourself can recognize it. When you're feeling stress. It starts off small, with aches and pains, maybe a hadik then it can lead to more like always feeling tired, low energy, no motivation. And then that leads to having these uncontrollable negative thoughts. So when you having that low energy, you're having those aches and pains plus the negative self talk, it's only going to lead to feeling this self doubt, this doubt in your ability. So those are all signs that you're out of alignment, feeling off balance. And then ultimately this can affect your spirit, your soul, you may not feel as connected to God, your higher self, the universe, whatever you call it, you may just not feel that high energy that love. And this happens to everyone, it is totally normal. No one is always connected. No one is always balanced. No one is always thinking positively. It happens. And this is a normal part of being a human being. But when we start getting these signs, these feelings, that we're not feeling, okay, it means it's time to do something about it. And I'm here to remind you that it's as simple as taking a moment to reflect in a journal, how you're feeling, how your body's feeling, how your soul and spirit is feeling. And you just write it all down. process it. You know, and if you want to write down those negative thoughts that you're having, write them down and challenge them. If you're thinking man, I'm way over my head, I'm so dumb to have thought that I can be successful at XYZ. Prove yourself wrong. Write it down. What is making you feel like you're not smart enough or strong enough, in that's why you're listening to this because you want to do something about it. Because you are strong enough. You are strong enough to overcome this feeling to feel more grounded, to feel balanced. We all get challenges and these challenges in front of us. They're here to help us. If everything was always good, we wouldn't know and there'd be no room for growth. So remember, these challenges are here. To help you grow and move forward and expand. Now, let's go ahead and move to get you back in alignment, feeling more energetically balanced. This meditation is to help you feel more grounded, more balanced, and really just taking that moment to pause and reset your energy. So let's get started. Make sure you get into a comfortable position. And please don't do this while driving. This is your time to take a moment for yourself. sit somewhere comfortably. Sit up straight with your palms facing up so you can feel the energy and receive the energy you need today. Begin with one deep breath.

and release. Take another breath in three to one, pause and rally three to one. continue breathing at your own pace. Whatever's comfortable for you. You're taking this time to get back to a state of peaceful energy and feeling more balanced. When we have negative thoughts, your body is hearing that all day long. And it can translate to physical aches and pain, lower energy and a bad mood. And it attracts more of that. So we're taking this moment to get you back a more positive energy state so you can attract everything you do want. To go ahead and take another deep breath, this time is gonna be a little longer. Pause and release. Bring in that positive energy sitting down allowing your body to heal itself. Take this moment repeat after me. I know exactly where I need to be. I am capable of overcoming anything I put my mind to where I need to be. I am capable of overcoming any pain. Take a deep breath in 321 and really release. Now as you take the next breath and think of all that positive energy you want to bring in pause and release. Letting go of everything that no longer serves you. Now you can feel your energy beginning to shift as you do this. Your body may begin to feel more at ease. Ready to take the day's challenges and know that you are capable. You are strong. Let's take another deep breath 321 pause, release 321 I begin to roll your shoulders back. Stretch your arms up. Roll your neck, whatever feels good. wiggle your toes, wiggle your fingers and begin to come back to this base that you're in. Take one last deep breath in and stretch. And really and when you're ready, open your eyes. Take a look at the room, feel your energy refreshed and know you can do this. Have a great day. You got this.
