And before I start the affirmations, I wanted to share something I heard on another podcast that focuses on manifesting is that the thoughts and the beliefs that you tell yourself either appreciate you right, Like you grow your appreciation for yourself, or like the value of something right it appreciates, or you de-appreciate yourself, meaning breaking yourself down and lowering your value. So I really like that and I wanted to share that with you all. And these affirmations if this is the first episode you're listening to affirmations can help you plant the seeds to create new beliefs for yourself, to empower yourself, to believe that something is possible for you. In this case, it is to create inner safety anytime that you are feeling stressed, anxious or just going through life's challenges which happens to all of us, including me, happens to all of us, including me, and these affirmations are actually inspired by some that I listened to on Spotify and I'm like ooh, I really enjoy these, so I wanted to create some for you all and that way, you can add that into your playlist.
