This is a hypnosis episode, creating safety and acceptance for yourself. We'll begin with a progressive relaxation and then creating inner safety, acceptance for yourself, with some affirmations and integration and helping you go ahead and get into a more relaxed state, so that all of these affirmations that I'll be reciting to you will go deeper and into your subconscious. So if you've never heard of hypnosis or self hypnosis, it simply means getting you into a more deeper, relaxed state of mind. The reason for doing this is so that you can accept the new programming. Accept the new mindset, accept the new beliefs of how to live your life, meaning like accepting yourself. The four affirmations that I will be reciting are I accept myself completely and unconditionally. I am deserving of love, respect and kindness. I trust myself to make decisions that are right for me. I am enough just as I am. So hypnosis is really just a way to get under your subconscious, uproot limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from being able to get to the deeper, relaxed state that you are desiring, and so that you can manifest with more ease and flow, even when life keeps challenging you.

Speaker 1:

Before we begin, find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without any interruptions. Close your eyes gently, Take a deep breath in through your nose, Filling the air in your lungs. Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension or stress. Now imagine yourself in a peaceful place. Picture a serene environment where you feel completely safe and relaxed. It could be a beach, a forest or any place where you feel at peace. Imagine the sights and sounds, the sensations of this peaceful place surrounding you. As you continue to breathe deeply and comfortably. Allow yourself to relax even deeper.

Speaker 1:

Start by bringing your awareness to your feet. Feel a sense of warmth and relaxation spreading through your toes and the soles of your feet feet. Let go of any tension or discomfort as this relaxation gently moves up to your legs, relaxing your muscles and soothing any remaining tension. Now bring your attention to your abdomen and chest. With each breath you take, feel your chest rise and fall gently. Allow your breath to become slower and deeper, naturally guiding you into a state of deeper relaxation. Feel your shoulders relax and let go of any tension you may be holding. Imagine a warm, comforting sensation spreading down your arms all the way to your fingertips. Notice how you relaxed and how heavy your arms feel as they sink comfortably into the surface beneath you.

Speaker 1:

Now I invite you to imagine a warm, glowing light at the center of your chest. This light represents your inner safety and security. Visualize this light growing brighter with each breath you take, filling your expands. Feel a blanket of safety enveloping you from head to toe. You are completely safe and secure in this moment. Allow this feeling of safety to wash away any doubts or fears that may have lingered within you.

Speaker 1:

Now bring your attention to yourself. Visualize yourself as you are, exactly as you are in this moment. Embrace yourself with love and acceptance, knowing that you are worthy of love and respect just as you are. Reflect on your strengths and positive qualities. Allow yourself to acknowledge and appreciate the unique person that you are. You are enough. You deserve to feel accepted and valued.

Now repeat, silently or aloud, the following affirmations I accept myself completely and unconditionally. I accept myself completely and unconditionally. I am deserving of love, respect and kindness. Feel the truth in these affirmations resonating within you. Allow them to seek in deeply into your subconscious mind, reinforcing a sense of safety, acceptance and self-worth as you continue to relax deeply. Know that you can return to this feeling of safety and acceptance whenever you feel the need, trust that you have the inner resources to navigate challenges with confidence and self-assurance. Take a moment to express gratitude for this experience of creating safety and acceptance within yourself. Feel a sense of peace and contentment as you gradually bring your awareness back to the present moment. When you're ready, slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes, take a few deep breaths, gradually bring your awareness back to your surroundings, open your eyes and allow yourself to feel refreshed and rejuvenated, carrying the sense of safety and acceptance with you as you go about your day.
