you, you, hey, everyone, welcome back Today. I have a special meditation for you, have a special meditation for you. It is a sleep meditation to help you manifest your dream life. This meditation is something that you can listen to daily, once a week or monthly, no-transcript. Go ahead and get comfortable in your bed, lying on your back or in whatever position feels most restful and relaxing to you, and, when you're ready, gently close your eyes, take a nice deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Speaker 1:

Feel your body beginning to relax. Take a nice deep breath in and, as you exhale, release all the tension from your day. Let it melt away with each breath you take. Now shift your body in any way that you need to and begin to bring your awareness to your body. Starting at your feet, feel them relax and grow heavy. Slowly move your awareness up to your legs, allowing them to soften and release. Let your hips, stomach and chest relax. Feel your arms and hands become loose and at ease. Let your shoulders drop, releasing any remaining tension in your neck. Finally, allow your face to soften, your jaw, your eyes and your forehead completely relaxed. Your entire body is now at rest ready for a deep, peaceful sleep as your body relaxes.

Speaker 1:

Bring to mind your dream life, the life you desire to manifest. See it clearly in your mind's eye. What does it look like? What are you doing? Who are you with? Visualize every detail, making it as vivid and as real as possible. Let yourself fully experience this vision. Notice how good it feels to live this life. Allow those feelings of joy, fulfillment and peace to grow stronger with each breath you take. Now silently repeat to yourself I am worthy of my dream life.

Speaker 1:

I am deserving of all good things. I am aligned with my highest purpose. I am worthy of my dream life. I am deserving of all good things. I am aligned with my highest dreams purpose. With each affirmation, feel yourself sinking deeper into the sense of knowing and trust. You are fully capable of manifesting the life you desire. As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine your dreams and desires being infused with the energy of the universe. Picture this energy as a soft, glowing light that surrounds you and your vision. This light carries your intentions into the universe, aligning you with opportunities, people and experiences that will bring your dreams to life.

Speaker 1:

Now, let go of any attachment to the outcome. Trust that the universe is working on your behalf even as you sleep. There's nothing you need to do but rest and allow this process to unfold. As you drift into sleep, you are fully supported, fully aligned and open to receiving all the blessings that are meant for you. Take one last deep breath in and, as you exhale, let yourself sink even deeper into relaxation. Feel yourself falling into a peaceful, restorative sleep. Know that, as you sleep, your mind, body and spirit are aligning with the energy of your dream life. Sleep deeply and wake up tomorrow refreshed.
